The paper I use to try to avoid smudging the drawing during its creation is called a “Manga”. I use it to draw impulses and write notes while cleaning the pen tip on it to relieve ink buildup. In this series, I attach several of them to a large sheet that serves as a base for extracting ideas from the mangas, creating a dialogue between them, where they converge and inspire each other, generating a new and living world. As it is drawn, it in turn uses new mangas to stay clean, making this endless process a feedback loop of unified ideas and forms through automatic drawing.
