This work belongs to the series “Self-Portraits”, released at JUSTMAD25. In these pieces I become just another spectator, observing what an Inopia draws with the pen I have given it and reflecting on the different scenes that arise from its imagination and curiosity, drawing depth from this kind of meta–self-portrait, where my inner world enters into dialogue with that of my creations.

The Inopias are always up to their tricks, but the one who’s been wrapped up, far from feeling overwhelmed or claustrophobic, is surely full of excitement, waiting for whoever discovers them to do so with the same enthusiasm. Or maybe they’re lost in their own thoughts, enjoying the peace and quiet—who knows?
