The Inopias symbolize curiosity, doubt and imagination. They are beings that need to answer the questions suggested both by their surroundings and by their inner selves. The thing is that, although they learn and discover, they soon forget much of what they have acquired, simply to continue searching for answers endlessly. Over time I have discovered that the Inopias represent a part of my subconscious, so these works are simply scenes where these little creatures do their thing while I observe, extracting messages and symbolism that make the Inopias grow while they in turn create more depth, in a continuous evolution.

Dismissing a specific impulsive perception is part of everyday life; if we paid attention to all of them, we wouldn’t have enough time in the day and we would spend hours trapped in the stimuli that the environment offers us, although on the other hand, overlooking everything and ignoring the natural impulse completely deprives us of the active participation of our subconscious, so perhaps a balance can be a good idea.
