The Inopias embody curiosity, doubt, and imagination. They are creatures driven by the need to answer the questions suggested both by the world around them and by their own inner depths.

The thing is, even as they learn and discover, they soon forget much of what they’ve found — only to continue searching for new answers again and again.

Over time I’ve come to realize that the Inopias represent a part of my own subconscious. The works you’ll find here are simply scenes in which these creatures do their thing while I observe, extracting meanings and symbols that allow the Inopias to grow — while they, in turn, add new layers of depth in a process of continuous evolution.
